I am actually trying to find all the wonderful words and praise that this company deserves and has earned in less than 24 hours. Believe it or not, it has been almost a full year since my wife and I had started reaching out to more than a dozen HVAC & Dryer Vent groups in the Horry County area, without any success, whatsoever. I called Warren-Hay Mechanical for the vert first time yesterday afternoon. The very next day after our call, Mr. Jeremy Berry (Service Advisor) came out. To say the least, this was not a simple job. In less than a day, Jeremy not only fixed our problem, but now our system looks and runs like new. On top of all that, they were also very reasonably priced. Warren-Hay Mechanical has now restored our trust for all the HVAC & Dryer Vent folks for our entire area. Moving forward, I am not ashamed, in any way, to say that Warren-Hay Mechanical will always get our business, even if it is only remotely related to Heating, Air Conditioning & Dryer Vent service needs. Our HVAC system stopped working. We called Warren Hay around noon and they were able to have a technician at our house by 2:30 in just a couple hours! Tony was incredibly thorough, did diagnostics on our system and went into the crawlspace and was able to fix the issue. He also explained everything to us very thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Professional, kind, and very efficient! We had such a positive experience that we signed up for an account with them to do our annual maintenance. Compared to other places we called we were very grateful to have someone who could come out same day and fix the issue. Would definitely recommend! Read Less

We have been using Warren-Hay for 11+ years. They operate with a high degree of integrity when it comes to their recommendations. I've always felt they have my best interests in mind and have never "oversold" me on unnecessary things like other HVAC companies I've worked with. Lex was fantastic. Absolute credit to the company — truly great guy. Every experience with Warren Hay has been really positive. I highly recommend them. I need to also add that Warren Hay, last year, came out on 20 minutes notice the day before our daughter's wedding (the installer of the system could not come and a neighbor told me of Warren Hay) --- I was in a panic as the system looked dead and all hat shutdown. The next morning would be warm and we would have 15 women in the home preparing. The Warren Hay tech came out and said "if I can fix it or even if I have to drive somewhere for a part I will do it as this is your daughter's big day and nothing should impact it" --- within 30 minutes all was running as it should. He had fixed it. Warren Hay go WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND -- they have employees who care, who listen and who are prepared to go the extra miles.
