Richard the Tech guy was awesome! I appreciate that he called to let me know he was on his way .. he arrived on time .. he was upbeat with a pleasant demeanor. While doing a diagnostic on our system, he helped me to understand how both units worked and why .. he didn’t seem to mind that I stayed with him the whole time while doing the diagnostic. He did discover a leak which was the reason our ac unit wasn’t working properly .. it had no freon. I could have paid for extra repairs that would keep the system running but thought best to put those funds into a new ac unit. The only thing needed to get us by until a new unit was installed was adding freon .. that alone was pricey but needed. Read Less

Tyler came out to fix our a/c and he was friendly and professional. He was able to trouble shoot and fix our unit and bring it back to life. Last week Tyler, with Warren-Hay came out and performed a thorough cleaning of coils, etc. in our HVAC system he had found troubling during an earlier semi-annual inspection. Without it, performance would be hindered, potentially leading to serious problems down the road. He did exactly as promised. He was on time, and worked tirelessly with efficiency. Afterwards, he showed us before and after pictures that were quite stunning as we were able to see just how much debris had accumulated over time. We live in an area surrounded by pine trees in particular. There was a mass of needles, dirt and even ants that had to be removed. Thanks to not only Tyler’s hard work, his kind and earnest nature and his ability to communicate effectively with us, we feel confident that our equipment will serve us well during the upcoming summer heat. Lex was fantastic. Absolute credit to the company — truly great guy. Every experience with Warren Hay has been really positive. I highly recommend them. I need to also add that Warren Hay, last year, came out on 20 minutes notice the day before our daughter's wedding (the installer of the system could not come and a neighbor told me of Warren Hay) --- I was in a panic as the system looked dead and all hat shutdown. The next morning would be warm and we would have 15 women in the home preparing. The Warren Hay tech came out and said "if I can fix it or even if I have to drive somewhere for a part I will do it as this is your daughter's big day and nothing should impact it" --- within 30 minutes all was running as it should. He had fixed it. Warren Hay go WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND -- they have employees who care, who listen and who are prepared to go the extra miles.
