Service Agreements - HVAC Maintenance Agreements Serving Hillsborough, Durham, Chapel Hill, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC and Surrounding Areas
An HVAC maintenance plan is like an insurance policy that protects your heating and air conditioning equipment from breakdowns, unexpected repairs and wear and tear. Warren-Hay Mechanical offers three all-inclusive energy savings agreements. We tailor each program to fit your needs and budget and you benefit from additional perks.
CHOOSING YOUR HVAC MAINTENANCE PLAN
For an affordable annual fee, you’ll enjoy increased performance, lower energy bills, system longevity and lower ownership costs. Our HVAC service agreements include comprehensive bi-annual tuneups designed to keep your HVAC equipment in top condition.
Other perks include:
No overtime charges
Preferred scheduling
Discounts on repairs
All plans come with precision tuneups that keep your heat pumps, central air conditioners, ductless HVAC systems and gas furnaces in shape so that they deliver the performance you need from season to season.
- The Bronze Program: Our bronze program is our most basic plan, but you still receive a comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and tuning of your heating and cooling system.
- The Silver Program: With the silver program, you enjoy all the benefits of the bronze program PLUS a labor agreement.
- The Gold Program: Customers who sign up for our gold energy savings agreement receive all the perks of the bronze and silver programs PLUS a parts agreement.
